Two smart solutions for challenging sites

Parkair's technology is based on the idea that any space can be cooled, as long as the implementation is smart. There are two main product lines: flexible Split water systems and compact Monoblock units.

1. Parkair Split: Flexibility and power for multiple spaces
In this solution, the water compressor unit is placed hidden indoors, such as in a technical room or cabinet, with a water connection and drainage nearby. From there, the refrigerant is neatly piped to up to 1-4 separate indoor units, which can be wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted or ducted. This is an ideal solution when cooling is required in several rooms or a larger area.

2. Parkair Monoblock: All-in-one solution for one space
What if space or possibilities are really limited? Parkair’s Monoblock units are the perfect solution. They are self-contained “all-in-one” units that do not require a separate compressor unit. Installation requires only two small holes in the exterior wall for ventilation to the unit. The grilles on the outside are discreet, making the solution almost invisible. This is the perfect choice for individual office or hotel rooms, for example.

Parkair is more than just a cooling device. Most models include an efficient heat pumpfunction, which enables energy-efficient heating of spaces, for example on cool days in spring and autumn. This further increases the versatility and convenience of the system.

These systems are designed for locations where traditional air conditioning is not possible:

• Housing companies and apartment buildings: Permit processes and neighborly consent are guaranteed. Since there is no outdoor unit, installation does not require major facade or structural changes, and there is no noise that would disturb neighbors.
