Renewe acts as a total supplier for the customer – we design, install and maintain. You don't have to coordinate different contractors or phases, you get everything from one operator without intermediaries:

• Our contracting covers the entire process: design, permit issues, installation, commissioning, user training and documentation – always on a turnkey basis.

• A maintenance contract ensures a long service life: we recommend proactive maintenance, which includes inspections, remote monitoring and system updates. We tailor the contract to your property.

• We react quickly in case of malfunctions – often within the same day if possible. Remote monitoring helps detect disruptions before they affect operations.

• Your system is expandable in the future, e.g. with battery solutions, charging stations or automation integration.

Many systems also support remote monitoring, which allows a fault to be detected and diagnosed before it affects use. If the target is such that spare parts or special expertise are needed quickly, the response time and/or spare parts hotel are agreed in advance already during the project phase.

After commissioning, the customer is responsible for normal operation and monitoring of the equipment. However, Renewe offers comprehensive instructions and guidance, and in certain projects also active remote monitoring of the system. In larger projects, maintenance can be carried out collaboratively – especially if integrated automation or multiple system types are involved.

The project progresses in stages: first, a needs assessment and planning is carried out, after which any permits are taken care of. One person is responsible for the entire process – from start to finish.
