How do I choose the right power class?

Check your property's annual heating energy consumption from your electricity or oil bills:

• A typical electrically heated house consumes 15,000 – 25,000 kWh per year, take into account and subtract the share of household electricity from the total, on average 5,000 kWh per year
• In an oil-heated house, 1,000 liters of oil corresponds to approximately 10,000 kWh of energy.

What happens after ordering?

1️. Permit issues and preliminary investigation

• We check the permits required by the municipality and apply for a drilling permit if necessary. The order includes a booking fee of €99.00, which will be refunded in the final drilling price. If the permit is denied, the booking fee will not be refunded.
• We assess the suitability of the plot and site as a whole for drilling an energy well.
• Note: It is the customer's responsibility to report pipes, cables and other underground obstacles within the plot that are not marked on official utility maps.

2️. Sizing and design

• Determination of drilling location and depth based on the site's heat requirement.
• Assessment of conditions (soil, groundwater and possible constraints).

3️. Final price confirmation

• Possible additional costs (e.g. special drilling or additional materials) are estimated before work begins.

4️. Drilling, commissioning and invoicing

• Processing permit matters in municipalities takes an average of 2 months.
• Drilling, excavating and installing an energy well using cutting-edge technology.
• Finishing and commissioning for the installation of a ground source heat pump.
• The energy well is invoiced when drilling is completed and handover is made.
