Nilan EC9, a modern exhaust air heat pump, takes care of ventilation, heating, cooling and domestic hot water.

The Nilan EC9 exhaust air heat pump is connected to the apartment's water-circulating heat distribution system (e.g. underfloor heating). Underfloor heating operates separately from the heating of domestic water and supply air. The Nilan EC9 removes humid and stale air from the apartment and replaces it with fresh and clean air. The heat energy recovered from the exhaust air by the heat pump is used to heat the supply air and domestic water.

Thanks to the large duct size and quiet operating noise, large duct outlets, filters and exceptionally high-quality components, the E-series exhaust air heat pump is also the quietest on the market.

In summer, cooling using a heat pump produces supply air into the apartment that is approximately 6–8 degrees cooler than the outside air. The thermal energy obtained from cooling is utilized in heating domestic water.

Suitable for properties of approximately 50-180m2, suitability is ensured by the planned air volume. Also available as the EC9 Sol model, which brings additional savings on domestic water heating, for example by utilizing solar collectors or a circulating water heater.
